- Job Title: Sales Representative
- Location: Abuja (FCT)
- Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Promote and sell all products and services
- Secure new customers and partners for the business
- Attend to all customer enquires, complaints and requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer database and relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define prospective customers
- Create sales and business development proposals
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in strategy, products or services
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant field
- Resides within Abuja
- Excellent communication, public speaking and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Problem solver
- Ability to learn things quickly.
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the Automobile Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Outstanding knowledge of CRM tools
- Negotiation skills and ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent client relationship management
