Job Summary
- We are currently seeking highly experienced sales and marketing executives/relationship managers in the field of sales & service to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, creating effective sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relations, and generating detailed sales reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients to promote and engage QwestMark’s specialized cleaning services, OEM equipment representation, and general commerce offerings.
- Achieve established performance targets within the specified time frame.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth equipment setup, if required.
- Generate sales leads to expand the customer base.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
- Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
- Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with corporate guidelines and procedures.
Key Attributes/Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales & Service
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in reporting (an added advantage).
- Attractive and pleasant personality, intelligent, and detail-oriented.
Salary
N250,000 – N280,000 (plus sales commission), Monthly based on experience.
