We are recruiting to fill the position below:
- Job Title: Data Entry Officer
- Location: Agbara, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity.
- Preparing payroll schedules for the monthly payroll run
- Addressing queries about payroll-related issues.
- Investigating and reworking failed transactions and assisting in all post-payroll activities.
- Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.
- Capturing approved annual and sick leave, HMO policy numbers and Pension PINs.
- Confirm that legally-mandated and optional deductions have been captured correctly during the payroll run.
- Preparing and advising the payroll officers of Account Switch forms, and validated employee claims.
- Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that employees are compensated and notified on time.
Requirements
- HND / BSc
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent data entry, data cleaning, and strong numeric skills
- Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
- Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
- Strong sense of integrity.
