About the Job
- We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CM.
- Personal Assistant’s responsibilities include providing administrative support, organizing meetings/projects, managing calendars, travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
- Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the leadership team.
About You
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Discretion and confidentiality are key.
- Agility is a core value you must have.
- You must have a degree, with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- You also need to be very conversant with Microsoft Office suite.
