Job Description
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends related to the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess project feasibility, risks, and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing insights to the management team.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, to facilitate business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the engineering, procurement, and construction management teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals for potential projects.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and participating in industry conferences and events.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve business growth targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven experience in business development within the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong focus on procurement.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, strategies, and best practices in the EPC sector.
- Strong network of industry contacts, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
