Job Description
- Welcoming walk-in clients.
- Engage in day to day facilities operations including maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies.
- Provide excellent front office manners and address inquiries and requests promptly.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Ensure timely expense reporting in compliance with organizational policies.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors for regular repairs and timely routine maintenance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as instructed by the HR.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification.
- 1 – 2 years administrative work experience.
- Proximity to location would be preferred.
- Male gender are strongly advised to apply for gender preference.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of office management.
