- Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Responsibilities
- Daily / weekly attendance update for permanent and contract workers.
- Bi-weekly preparation of staff inconvenience, meal subsidy and transportation allowance for permanent staff and monthly preparations of meal subsidy for contract workers.
- Orientation of RIL new hirers and issuance of PPEs if required.
- Preparation of leave letters, warning letters , queries and inter memo as well as pasting on the notice boards.
- Ensuring the needed cleaning items are requested and gotten for the janitor.
- filling of document.
- Monthly preparation of birthday list and letters.
- Coordination of contract workers activities (sending feedbacks to the outsource company )
- Monthly preparation for overtime for permanent and contract workers.
- Daily assigning and supervision of the environment and janitors and following up on grass cutting by frigoglass workers.
- preparations of training materials during training, which include pre and post assessment.
- Any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any Art related course.
- Female candidate with experience in HR Management is needed
- Must be computer literate.
- People management and control.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Time Management skills.
- Must be teachable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Meticulous attention to details.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly
